After 13 years of serving up the best wood-fired meat, seafood and produce in Brighton, we’ve gained a reputation as “Masters of Fire”. Now, we’re taking those 13 years of experience and putting it into something new, the likes of which hasn’t been seen before in Brighton.
While we’ve been wrapping up our final summer in Boyce’s Street, our team has built a brand-new restaurant with a menu filled with the best meat we could source from across the British Isles and beyond.
