We’re celebrating Sussex’s finest oysters with a selection of festival specials across The Salt Room, The Coal Shed Brighton and The Crazy Goose. Expect locally sourced oysters from Shoreham Harbour, served with each restaurant’s own unique twist, alongside expertly paired wines, Champagne and signature cocktails.
